My first yoga video is now live! The video is a short and basic warm up flow. These are the stretches I plan to start my day with while hiking the Continental Divide Trail. You can do this anywhere. In the video I am doing it from a NYC park bench, with just a towel, no mat needed.
This a great flow to start your day with, whether you are about to hike twenty miles, or head to the office.
